Cubes 01 brings you 10 strong 3D video loops that will give a new dimention to your stage. This will also fit with all your musical vj clips and performances.
What would be our vj world without the amazing Trapcode plugin suite ?
Trapcode was created in 2001 by Swedish man Peder Norrby and Published by American company Red Giant Software. Since then they have release some very famous plugin like Particular, Form, Mir, 3D Strokes and many many more. Their plugin have been used in blockbuster movies, all over the internet and by almost every Vj/Motion designer.
Tao looks like a fusion between Form and 3D Strokes. We ask our man Zyper what he think about these first preview and infos.
“Tao looks like that advanced particle system, but without 500K particles to render ! I think he will get the advanced functions from Mir, Lines or Point rendering with advanced shading and material control. Also if I refer to the renders from the Trapcode team it looks like you can cut the line in separate 3D objects and that is really new and heavy. I can’t really explain how much excited I am to get my hands on that new plugin, but with just these first preview it gives me a lot of ideas to make some crazy new Vj tools.”

After all that 2D colored premium series we think it’s time to share some new free stuff so that everybody can play with it. As we know you love him, we ask Zyper if he can do a new Lines serie for us, but he came up with something even stronger… Some brand new 3D experiments
“I made a lot of 3D stuff in 2014 but nothing very perfect and never finished. Creating 3D stuff is much more complex even in the process than in the result. You have to move your stuff in 3D space and find the right lights and shadows. Also looping these animations gives me nightmares to make it look as perfect as my 2D stuff.
Finally I’m really happy with that first “3D” Serie and I’m really proud to be able to share it as a free release on Visionz. I hope you guys will like it”

The guys from Resolume just released a new Avenue & Arena versions. No new features, but a lot of bug fix and improvements.
We use Resolume almost everyday since three years right now, and just want to thank the guys for all the hardwork, the software is more fast and stable than never before and this makes us able to bring our vjing to the next level.
